I'm Nina, a freelance data engineer with a Master's in computer engineering and six years of experience across a range of domains and company sizes. I've worked with startups, public sector clients, and larger companies including Boozt and Lunar.
My services target companies that want to enhance their data driven decisions. Building a data platform the right way will empower your data team, and a single source of truth will ensure you can trust your data foundation. This, in turn, enables your AI initiatives and increases their likelihood of success significantly. I've worked with databases from a few MBs to several PBs, and I've spent a lot of time working directly alongside analysts and AI/ML engineers, building infrastructure around what they actually need to do their jobs.
I'm happy to work anywhere within the EU remotely, and on-site within biking distance in Aarhus.
When I'm out of the office I'm usually enjoying concerts at local venues, travelling for festivals, or powerlifting at the local gym.
Nina was an invaluable asset for our team when she was hired to build our new data infrastructure setup. Here, she designed and adviced on a new zone-based data lake structure as well as introducing a modern tool stack for ingestion, IAC, and data pipelining.
